Ramadan Dinner At Thanks-Giving Square

Join us for an evening of unity, community, and cultural exchange as we break bread together during this holy month of Ramadan at Thanks-Giving Square.

Date: Wednesday, March 27th Time: 6:30 PM - 9:00 PM Location: 1627 Pacific Avenue, Dallas, Texas 75201

This event is open to community leaders, members of the Interfaith Council and Faith Forward Dallas, and the larger interfaith community. Space is limited. RSVP is required.

About the Event: This event celebrates the traditions of Ramadan and promotes understanding and friendship among different communities. Dinner will be served at the courtyard and there will be live music and a Whirling Dervish performance, as well as cultural and art presentations. Multiple tents will showcase art, food, and Ramadan culture. A space will be arranged inside for the evening (Maghrib) prayer.

6:15 PM: Check-in 

6:30 PM: Greetings & Welcome 

6:45 PM: Cultural Presentation (Whirling Dervish, Live Music) 

7:00 PM: Table Conversations 

7:30 PM: Dinner will be served 

7:47 PM: Call to Prayer - Adhan 

7:48 PM: Dinner 

8:30 PM: Closing

Parking:  A free parking option is available across the street under Santander Tower (see attached). 

PARKING AT SANTANDER TOWER

1601 Elm Street (aka Thanksgiving Tower) entering from the north side (Pacific Ave): Start by making your way to Akard Street north of Pacific Ave. Drive south on Akard Street and turn left (east) onto Pacific Avenue into the narrow lane just across the DART light rail tracks. Proceed on Pacific Ave past mid-block to the far side (east side) of Santander Tower and turn right to enter the parking garage for Santander Tower. You will find lots of open spaces on levels B5 and B6. Take the elevator to the street level and cross the street to Thanks-Giving Square. Please bring your parking ticket to The Square for validation and free parking.

PARKING AT SANTANDER TOWER

1601 Elm Street (aka Thanksgiving Tower) entering from the south side (Elm Street): Start by making your way to Elm Street on Ervay or another street east of Ervay. Drive west on Elm Street and in the first block past (west of) Ervay, drive to the far side (west side) of Santander Tower and turn right to enter the parking garage for Santander Tower. You will find lots of open spaces on levels B5 and B6. Take the elevator to street level and cross the street to Thanks-Giving Square. Please bring your parking ticket to The Square for validation and free parking.
